GO BEYOND T-SHIRTS

AnaJet offers several media products suitable for use with the mPower i-series and SPRINT printers. With the versatility of AnaJet printers, there is virtually no limit to what you can create!

Metal Foil Prints

Create shirts that really sparkle with AnaJet’s Metal Foil. Foil application is simple and cost effective and the end result is dazzling garments that will impress customers and drive up your selling price.

The process of printing with Metal Foil is not much different from printing a dark garment. You can print Metal Foil on a light or dark garment, but you’ll treat the garment as if it were a dark garment because the Metal Foil requires white ink to adhere.

How to Use AnaJet Metal Foil

Design your graphic with a white ink underbase anywhere you’d like the Metal Foil to appear. Also design a color layer over the white ink, using the color closest to the color of the foil. AnaJet’s Metal Foil is slightly transparent so the printed color behind the foil will have a dramatic effect.

On a pre-treated shirt, print your white and CMYK passes as usual. Immediately after printing, place a sheet of foil directly on the wet ink. Heat press the garment with the foil placed on the ink.

For a different texture and finish, crumple the foil first or add crunched up balls of paper on top of the foil for a vintage look. Once you finish heat pressing, let the shirt and foil cool, then peel off of the garment. The Metal Foil will permanently adhere to only the spots on the shirt with white ink.

ArtPrint

The AnaJet ArtPrint package allows you to reproduce fine art, graphics and photos on canvas with stunning results. Higher-resolution settings on AnaJet printers allow you to print with intricate detail, and AnaJet’s optional ArtPrint Texture Coat is a protective finish that creates the look and feel of a real oil painting.

Finished, framed ArtPrint pieces can sell at much higher prices than other printed items. The printing process is the same as on a light garment and the finished products are sharp and brilliant.

Promotional Products

The versatility of AnaJet printers enables promotional product distributors to print logos and personalized impressions on promotional giveaway items. With AnaJet digital apparel printers, you can print on high-demand items like tote bags, polo shirts, golf towels, beach towels, mouse pads, beer koozies and more. If it’s flat and made of cotton, cotton blends, light polyester, nylon, rayon or spandex, you can likely print on it. We’ve even seen fantastic prints on wood and glass!

Socks

Custom printed socks are incredibly popular among sports teams, youth clubs, and students. Printing on a sock is just like printing on any other garment, except because the sock is so much smaller than the print table, it can take time to tape down each individual sock in preparation for printing.

An AnaJet customer, Hayley Mullin, founded SockPrints. Hayley crafted a custom form that fits multiple socks at a time so she could print on socks quickly and efficiently. Hayley owns an mPower and sells custom printed socks to soccer teams, softball teams, Girl Scout troops and similar organizations.

3D Effects

AnaJet printers can print images that come alive when viewed through 3D glasses. It’s as simple as designing your graphic according to the training you receive from AnaJet. The printing process is exactly the same printing any other image. Your image will look like normal when viewed with the naked eye, but will really pop with 3D effects when viewed through standard 3D glasses.
