This document contains instructions on the proper method of pretreating t-shirts. You know a shirt has not been pretreated correctly if the white ink appears blotchy or if the image washes out. If the white ink is blotchy, there is not enough pretreatment on the shirt and if the image washes out there is too much pretreatment on the shirt.
